Welcome to Vustronexis.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, content, and related services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Vustronexis

Vustronexis is an independently operated online print-on-demand apparel store offering T-shirts, baseball jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, and hoodies.

Many of our products are made after an order is placed rather than stored as finished inventory in advance.

Vustronexis currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or are using the website with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian
• You have the legal ability to enter into a purchase agreement
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted during checkout
• You will use our website only for lawful purposes

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Many Vustronexis products are produced specifically after an order is placed and payment has been confirmed.

Because products are made to order, customers should carefully review the product, design, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before submitting an order.

Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information, materials, colors, and other product details.

However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, fabrics, printing methods, manufacturing processes, or normal production tolerances.

Minor differences in color, print placement, artwork scale, texture, or measurements are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Sizing and Fit

Product sizing and fit may vary by apparel style, material, and cut.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before ordering. We recommend comparing the measurements with a similar garment that already fits you well.

An item is not normally considered defective when the size received matches the size ordered and the applicable measurements fall within reasonable production tolerances.

6. Product Availability

Products, sizes, colors, designs, and other options are subject to availability.

We may add, update, limit, or discontinue products and product options when reasonably necessary.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may offer an available alternative with your approval or issue an appropriate refund.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

We may review payment status, shipping information, product availability, fraud indicators, and fulfillment eligibility before accepting an order.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if:

• Payment cannot be authorized
• Order information is incomplete or inaccurate
• A product is unavailable
• The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized
• The shipping address is unsupported
• A pricing or technical error has occurred
• The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an eligible paid order before fulfillment, the applicable refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.

8. Pricing and Taxes

Unless otherwise displayed at checkout, prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

The total amount shown during checkout may include:

• Product prices
• Shipping charges
• Applicable sales tax
• Discounts or promotional adjustments
• Other charges disclosed before payment

We may update product prices, shipping rates, and promotions. Changes do not normally affect orders that have already been accepted and successfully paid, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

9. Payment

Available payment methods may include PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and card payments processed through Stripe.

Payment options displayed during checkout are the methods currently available for your transaction.

Vustronexis does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers or complete payment credentials.

Some transactions may require additional verification to help prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation, shipping address correction, recipient update, or certain product changes within:

12 hours after placing the order

Requests should be sent to support@vustronexis.com.

Because our products are made to order, requests may no longer be possible once production, printing, fulfillment, or processing has begun.

Submitting a request within 12 hours does not guarantee that the change or cancellation can be completed.

11. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Vustronexis currently ships only within the United States.

Production estimates, shipping times, shipping charges, tracking information, address requirements, and procedures for delayed or lost packages are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, customer-provided address information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Return, refund, and replacement eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

An order may qualify for assistance when, for example:

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong product, size, color, design, or quantity was delivered
• The carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit
• Another condition in our Return and Refund Policy applies

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims should generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Please do not return a product before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

13. Customer-Related Issues

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or our Return and Refund Policy, we may be unable to approve a return, replacement, or refund for issues caused by:

• An incorrect size or product option selected by the customer
• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Change of mind after production has begun
• Improper garment care
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Unauthorized alterations
• Minor production variations that are not defects

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may have specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes have no cash value and cannot normally be applied after an order has been completed.

Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will apply to that promotion.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Vustronexis or the applicable rights holder.

This may include our brand name, logos, graphics, artwork, product images, photographs, product descriptions, written content, page layouts, and promotional materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights associated with its design or content.

16. Reviews and Customer Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Where permitted by law, you grant Vustronexis a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting our store.

You retain ownership of your original content.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use an unauthorized payment method
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Abuse promotions, refunds, or payment disputes
• Impersonate another person or organization

We may restrict website access or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business, or our service providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Vustronexis does not control their independent services, systems, or policies.

Personal information may be processed as reasonably necessary for order processing, payment verification, product fulfillment, shipping, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal or recordkeeping requirements.

20. Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree to receive transaction-related communications by email or other electronic methods.

These may include order confirmations, payment notices, production updates, shipping information, tracking details, refunds, and customer support responses.

Marketing communications are handled separately and may be unsubscribed from where applicable.

21. Website Availability and Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate and functioning website, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of every feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vustronexis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from website interruptions, third-party service failures, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier failures, government actions, labor disruptions, internet outages, or fulfillment disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resume affected services when practical.

24. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

If these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law will apply to the extent of the conflict.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Vustronexis website are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms, our website, or an order will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

This section does not prevent a consumer from exercising rights in another jurisdiction where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us at support@vustronexis.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, store operations, payment methods, fulfillment processes, website features, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will generally apply from their effective date and will not retroactively change completed transactions unless required by law.

27. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by Vustronexis to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced on our website, form the agreement governing your use of our store and purchase of our products.
