Vustronexis is committed to providing a simple and secure checkout experience. This policy explains the payment methods available on our website and how payment-related information is handled.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:

- Major debit cards
- Card payments processed through Stripe
The payment methods displayed during checkout are the options currently available for your transaction.
PayPal
If PayPal is available and selected at checkout, you may be redirected to PayPal to review and complete your payment.
PayPal transactions are processed according to PayPal’s own terms, privacy practices, and security procedures.
Credit and Debit Cards
Credit and debit card payments may be processed securely through Stripe.
Supported card types may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other cards displayed during checkout.
Vustronexis does not directly store customers’ complete credit or debit card numbers.
Currency and Order Total
Unless otherwise displayed during checkout, prices and payments are processed in:
U.S. Dollars (USD)
Before completing payment, customers can review the total order amount, which may include:
- Product prices
- Shipping charges
- Applicable sales tax
- Discounts or promotional adjustments
- Other charges disclosed before payment

Payment Authorization
When an order is placed, the payment provider may request authorization from your bank, card issuer, or PayPal account.
An order is not considered successfully paid until payment has been authorized and confirmed.
Because many Vustronexis products are made to order, production may not begin until payment has been successfully confirmed.
Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, an order confirmation should be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your order details carefully, including the product, size, quantity, recipient information, and shipping address.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please check:
- Your card and billing information
- Your available balance or credit
- Your card expiration date and security code
- Whether your bank has blocked the transaction
- Whether your PayPal account has a valid funding source
If the problem continues, please contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or applicable payment provider.
Vustronexis cannot override a payment decision made by a bank, Stripe, PayPal, or another financial service provider.
Pending or Duplicate Charges
In some cases, a temporary payment authorization may appear as pending or may look like a duplicate charge.
If the charge remains after the processing period provided by your bank or payment provider, please contact them first. You may also contact Vustronexis with your order number so we can review the order status.
Payment Verification
Some orders may require additional verification to help prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.
An order may be delayed or canceled if required payment verification cannot be completed. If an eligible paid order is canceled, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund is submitted, your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.
Refund eligibility is determined according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Payment Security and Privacy
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Vustronexis does not directly store complete card numbers, card security codes, PayPal passwords, or other complete payment credentials.
Payment and transaction information may be used as reasonably necessary to:
- Process and verify orders
- Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions
- Manage refunds or cancellations
- Provide customer support
- Meet applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements
